About Us

CRISP PHILOSOPHY

Our extensive experience in the food industry creates great food memories for our customers. We operate with over twenty years of combined culinary experience and bring together knowledge of European cuisine with an appreciation for the Treasure Valley’s fresh and local produce. We utilize our creative energy and fusion techniques to introduce patrons to new food experiences and inspire Boisans to try something different.

We are what you think of when you hear the word ‘crisp’: refreshing, bright, and expressive. When determining our name, we couldn’t decide on a certain cuisine or signature cooking style; we truly enjoy all cooking methods, ingredients, and cuisines. ‘Crisp’, however, is a delightful texture that is incorporated in many different cuisines, styles, and foods, from appetizers to desserts all around the world. Whether it is the main texture of a dish, or simply a piece of it, ‘crisp’ represents the wide range of delicious cuisines that we love—and that we love to share with you.

Our business celebrates its anniversary every July 15th—the date 7/15 is very important for us and keeps us moving towards our goal of opening up our own brick-and-morter location named after our founding. When you support CRISP, you are helping us make 715 Kitchen a reality, so that we can provide you with more local, healthy eats in the future.
