While much remains up in the air for the coming months, we are still dedicated to providing you with healthy, sustainably sourced food. We practice all recommended sanitation procedures given out by the health department in addition to purchasing ingredients on off-peak hours, limiting our visits to public spaces (coffee shops, gas stations, parks), and providing an online ordering option. If you are planning to visit our food truck, make sure to double-check that events have not been canceled or postponed. We are here to support the Boise community however we can—you can always send us a text if you are in need.

We are CRISP, a globally-inspired food truck and caterer serving Boise and the surrounding areas. We source as much of our product locally as we can, and we have close relations to the producers that provide our ingredients, including Rice Family Farm, Shaw Orchards, and Global Gardens. Both of our chefs collaborate with sincere thought and deliberation to craft unique, thoughtful dishes that incorporate fresh vegetables, comfort, and richness. As we often work with seasonal produce from local sources, we enjoy creating new, whimsical recipes and our menu is rarely the same for long.
